1. Shipping Coverage
- We currently ship within India only, using registered courier or postal services.
- For international deliveries, please contact us in advance at shribhuwwaneshvarifoundation@gmail.com to confirm availability and process.
2. Delivery Timelines
- Prasadam and other spiritual items are typically dispatched within 7–10 business days of donation confirmation or event completion.
- Printed materials (if applicable) may take 10–15 business days, depending on availability and location.
- Delivery timelines may vary due to factors beyond our control (festivals, natural delays, courier service disruptions, etc.).
3. Shipping Charges
- For select items (e.g., prasadam or temple-related offerings), shipping may be included as part of the donation.
- If shipping is chargeable, the cost will be clearly mentioned at the time of checkout or donation.
4. Delivery Tracking
- Once shipped, tracking information (if available) will be sent to the registered email or mobile number provided during donation or registration.
5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
- We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address provided by the user.
- In such cases, redelivery may be arranged at an additional cost (if applicable).
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
- If your shipment is damaged in transit or not received within 30 days, please contact us immediately.
- We will initiate a redelivery or investigate with our courier partner as needed.
